Allegro Pediatrics

Dr Shih is our primary pediatrician there and we have seen two other providers for interim services. Excellent clinic, great communication, easy to get even non-urgent appts as needed.

Dr. Howson is professional and yet great with kids.  She talked my son through his exam, letting him know what she was doing, and engaging his help.  She reinforced the rule of privacy except with parents and doctors when it comes to modesty, backed up his tired of nagging parents on brushing his teeth twice a day, and explained that if you don't pick your nose, you don't get big boogers.  My son was intrigued, and determined not to pick his nose anymore after the visit.  Awesome!
Even though the visit was quick (as doctor visits usually are), we all felt listened to and happy with the help we got from Dr. Howson at the end of the visit.  Even my little toddler, who was just having to wait through the visit.
Dr. Howson was the doctor we chose years ago when my son was first born, and she was great then.  We recently moved back into the area, and are pleased that she's just as great seven years of practice later!

I appreciate how this doctor explains all the details to the patient. She is very thorough.

I chose them for my first child because they are a big group so someone is always available if I need to contact them. My daughter is 4 months now and we have been happy so far. Dr. Matsuno is very caring and gives us good tips every time we have a visit.

Everything is great about them. They are very knowledgeable about the pediatric needs. They have wonderful hours. They have someone available even on the weekends and holidays. I don't have to take my kids to urgent care or emergency room because they are available for flexible hours. They are really awesome. They have offices all over the east side and they have an office that is open any hour to cover weekends and holidays. The office is clean and the staff is courteous. It is a great place. I have four kids and I take all of them there.

I highly recommend Dr. Wu as a primary care physician. Although she is busy, I always feel like my questions are fully answered and not rushed. I ask a lot of questions and she is very patient and thorough. She doesn't hesitate to refer to a specialist if necessary and I have appreciated the opportunity for a more detailed explanation on a few occasions.

Our child was quickly seen by the staff at Pediatric Associates, a quick diagnosis was given. It was an ear infection and antibiotics were prescribed. The office followed up two days after the visit to see how our child was doing. I was overall pleased with the experience

They are excellent, the staff is very friendly, the availability is very high. The doctors are very knowledgeable and very friendly.

Easy to check-in. Randomly, I didn't have any wipes and needed to change my son. They didn't have any to help me out. Thought that was a surprise but they were as helpful as they could be. You're supposed to take the diaper home with you--they provide a bag. Not exactly ideal/helpful. My last doctor's office dedicated one garbage to dirty diapers.
Dr. Ginsberg was great. She interacted with my son and helped educate me. I ask a lot of questions. I feel confident with her care.

She is an amazing listener and really wants to help the child/family as a whole. We have always been impressed with Dr. Wu and can't imagine our kids seeing anyone else for their pediatrician.

At Pediatric Associates I can go to any doctor if she isn’t around right away.  They have a few offices and one of them is at Bellevue.  I go to the Bellevue office.  She has been seeing my children since early days.  She does annual checkup.  She is wonderful.  We like her and the Pediatric Associates.  We like the fact that they have several locations.  They can get you in very quickly on a short notice.  They have a 24-hour nurse line.  They are very responsive.  I would use them in the future.

I am fighting with insurance over covering this doctor appointment. I can't say that I completely blame the insurance company - in my mind, it was not necessary to come in to see a doctor over this issue. I called the office and work something out with them so that I could pay the bill off instead of having a long drawn out insurance battle. They would not budge on charging me the full amount, would not accept my compromise suggestion of paying them the same amount that insurance pays them. They argued and spent a long time justifying why they would not work with me on a mutually agreeable solution. If insurance is covering a visit, I don't care how much they want to charge, but when it's coming out of my pocket, I refuse to pay that much money to sit around waiting for a simple piece of paper.

One of the worst experiences my husband and i have had with a Pediatrician to date!

Dana Oren is patronizing, lacks experience and knowledge, has no interest in children and makes it a point to be condescending to
anyone who seems to know more than she does or doesn't think on the same lines as she does.

I am appalled as to how rudely we were treated, and how she made inappropriate comments about our preferences in how we like to raise our child.
I am an RN and as a medical professional repeatedly give Dana Oren an F rating and pediatric associates similarly the same rating for unfriendly staff, lack of hygiene and cleanliness of the clinics. I have been to Bellevue satellite and Kirkland.

I truly believe the care is missing in this office and often long waiting times. 45 minutes was our exact waiting time after which she rushed us and had the lack of professionalism to tell us, that she had other patients waiting and had to go because we were asking a few questions??? Unbelievable.

I feel Dr Oren has been thorough in our overall care. She called me at home two days after an appointment and wanted to send us to a specialist, just to double check something. I had been concerned about it and brought it up at our appointment, and though she thought everything was fine, she sent us to the specialist anyway, just to be sure. I was very thankful to have the peace of mind that the specialist gave us, and thankful that Dr Oren would refer us if she wasn't 100% confident about her diagnosis. Any other time I've had questions or concerns, she's taken the time to answer and explain things thoroughly to me. She's very calm and cheerful with our toddler, and always stays relaxed through the exam, even if he doesn't.

They are friendly and their service is good. The office hours are fantastic; they are usually able to see us on the weekend. Also, their nurse hotline is fantastic and we use it a lot.

Dr. Wu has been our pediatrician for 4 years now, I have three children, the oldest is 6, youngest is 3. Dr. Wu has been wonderful. We have seen her for well-child appointments, ear infections, behavior issues, and strep throat to name a few issues that we have had over the years. She is always patient and attentive, and open to answering questions I might have concerning my other children even if it isn't technically their appointment. I place absolute trust in Dr. Wu's abilities as a doctor and would recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

This facility is great because you can almost always get an appt quickly since there are so many physicians. It's especially nice when your child gets ill on the weekend. We have always been able to get in and see our preferred doctor, Dr. Robin Graham. She's been very helpful in treating our daughter's asthma. We haven't felt rushed through our appts and she asks good questions and listens to the answers.

Great office with great doctors. You get a different doc every time, but all of them are fantastic. Only minus is it's sometime hard to get an appointment for urgent matters.
