They did not bring the light heads (even I was specify this in my order) and charged me for the time they went to get them, they left a hole in my wall and were $200 above the estimation. They were not able to find a light problem in the stairs light (thanks they did not charge for it). They totally messed up the 220V connection, connected it to 120V and I has to redo the work almost completely some time later when my kiln was not working.
