Very well, would use again. Allow plenty of time for scheduling as they get busy.

Good job on the roof. Clean up could have been better.

Rick arrived on schedule to inspect my roof and he gave me a quote of $700 (not in writing). He said the job would take most of the day and that the price was a bit higher than he hoped as he had to add some cost due to the traffic between his business and my home. However, he said he'd reduce it some if traffic wasn't an issue. His operator arrived on time on the appointed day, and didn't mention traffic being bad. He said he expected the job to take most of the day and got right to work. Rick arrived an hour or so later to assist on the ground. They got the job done in about 4 hours, so faster than I was led to expect, and cleaned up the yard and gutters. They then went off to the next job so apparently they had not really expected it to be a full day job. While the roof is much cleaner, there is still moisture-trapping dirt stuck to the bottom edge of many of the shingles....something other contractors now tell me they use a brush to scrub off. And the price Rick charged was $750 (plus tax)....more than I think was quoted and more than I hoped given there was apparently less traffic and the job was done much faster than expected. I decided not to argue about it. So while Rick did get the job done adequately, in the future I will explore other more thorough, cost effective options. I can't help feeling I got taken a bit.

We had a roof leak that was causing minor damage to our living room ceiling.  A roofing contractor recommended that we have our roof professionally cleaned because the moss buildup was causing dams to form with the water encroaching underneath the shingles.   He recommended "Air Clean Your Roof" and, after I called, the owner, Rick Roach, immediately came out, inspected the roof, and gave us a fixed price estimate.   When we accepted, he set a very expeditious schedule and his crew showed up right on schedule and did an excellent job in all respects including a thorough cleanup.   Rick then followed up with us and ensured that the job was entirely to our satisfaction.   No more leaking.  First class job.

One neighbor commented that she thought I got a new roof. Rick came out sooner than I thought he would be able to and did a fantastic job. My roof and gutters are now sparkling clean and I've had many nice compliments. He was also able to tell me that my shingles and roof are in good shape but my chimney could use some repair. I really appreciated that as I wouldn't have known. I have used them 3 times over the years and each time I am so impressed and pleased with the quality of their work and their price. Once during that time I used someone else and it was a disaster and cost me a fortune. I will never use anyone but Air Clean and Rick Roach. When the work was done, they cleaned up beautifully and put everything in my yard waste. I would highly recommend them.

I had to call twice but the owner was very apologetic for misplacing my first request and came out soon after my

second call. I did not need to be home when they worked. The roof was well-cleaned, as were the gutters, and

all the debris was cleaned up.

Excellent! Called, got estimate, he came out and took care of it. The contract specified the items I listed above, but when I got home, the entire driveway (long driveway) was also cleared of leaves and debris--I did not expect this! The deck was cleaner than when he got there. The moss is gone, the skylights are CLEAN! There was a fair amount of cedar debris on the roof. When I got home, it was nowhere to be found. Whoosh, like magic. All gone. Very happy!

Owner Rick Roach promptly gave us a free estimate. We signed a contract which specified the cost and that the work would be done within 10 business days. Rick and his crew worked fast and professionally. They covered lawn and bushes with giant tarps to catch the moss. He says air pressure is less damaging to our type of roof than water pressure. Took about four hours for the work and cleanup. They did an excellent job, and say it should protect the roof from moss for 3-5 years. Rick responded on the same day to telephone calls. The transformation of the roof looks amazing!

Rick was contacted via phone, gave a verbal quote as his computer wasn't working. He then mailed a hard copy of the bid. He arrived on time as scheduled, did the job as requested, and was very knowledgeable. He also cleaned the tool shed roof and patio over hang at no extra charge. He did not think we needed any moss control spray which saved us a few hundred dollars.

Due to bad weather the scheduled work date and completion date was moved a little, however everything went very well an I'm very pleased which is tough to do. I would definitely use Rick and his team again for cleaning my roof.

I was very happy with the work they did. They did a good job. The customer care that this company has is outstanding. They cleaned up everything after the fact.

Rick and his employee finished the work with no tell-tale signs of debris left on the yard, pavement, siding or windows. He drove past my house again a few days later and decided he wasn't completely satisfied with the work and so he returned to re-treat the roof, at no charge, of course. (Talk about a perfectionist...!)

Rick Roach, the owner of the business, came out and gave us an estimate two weeks ago. His price was not the least expensive of the three quotes we got, but we were immediately impressed with his knowlegde and professionalism. We considered all the estimates we'd gotten, and decided to hire him to do the job mainly because he uses air, rather than water, pressure, which is what we prefer. I called him on his cellphone (he is always available to talk with customers, as opposed tosome companies which ask you to leave a voicemail, which can take a day or more to return). He said that he would be out to do the job in a week to ten days, and he was. He and his assistant carefully covered all the potted plants on our deck (and there are many of them), and moved the deck furniture out of the path of the debris which they would be blowing off the roof. They set right to work blowing the moss off the roof, being very careful around the numerous skylights, then applied a moss-retardant. The whole process only took about three hours, and we have a very large roof. When they were finished, they raked up all the debris, hosed off the deck and driveway and again carefully removed the tarps from the plants. They bagged up all the debris and took the bags with them, which was an added bonus; we assumed that they would leave the bags for us to dispose of.
We could not be happier with either the company or the job they did! We will recommend them to all our friends, and will call them when our roof again needs cleaning.

It was fine. They showed up when expected, did their work well, and were on their way.

They do a very thorough job on cleaning the roof. They do use air. They may use water for the glass or sun portion of the roof, I'm not sure. They don't do pressure washing, they use all air. They were very good. I would use them again.
