He charges a very reasonable amount to clean our 2300 square foot home. We highly recommend his company if you need an outstanding house cleaning service.

Luciano and Selma (and team) are phenomenal. We have a 3 br / 2.5 attached townhome and the best part is they come as a team so are able to minimize time inside during COVID -- they do a phenomenal, comprehensive, and efficient job in usually less than 1.5 hrs. Great. This was my first experience hiring a house cleaning service. This crew exceeded my expectations, cleaning spaces I didn't expect them to clean. I was a little antsy at first with strangers bustling inside my home with mops and buckets, but I needn't have been concerned because Selma and crew were thorough and professional.

Deep Cleaning and Started Regular Cleanings

I can't say enough good things about the work Selma and her husband, Luciano, did for us. I found their special offer for a deep cleaning on Angie's List and decided to give them a try in order to see whether or not I'd want to set up regular service. They did a fantastic job- the expression "above and beyond" is truly applicable here. My house hasn't looked this good since we finished building it 20 years ago! I'm not exaggerating when I say that both my husband and I were truly astounded by the thoroughness and the quality of their work. I've had the same cleaning service for 17 years or so and over that period of time the house has gradually been getting dirtier- I didn't fully realize how dirty the floors really were until these people gave them an actual cleaning instead of lightly passing a damp mop over them. As an added bonus, Luciano and his wife are a delightful couple, enthusiastic about their work, professional and easy to communicate with. They obviously take great pride in what they do. Needless to say, I've hired them to do regular cleanings for us! I can't imagine finding a service I would be happier with.

Luciano and Selma Tonaco are the best house cleaners we've ever had. Our Washington Park home has many antiquities. It is clear that Luciano and Selma have lots of experience working around these delicate items. We've never had any breakage and they leave our house spotless. Their attention to detail is very professional. The Tonaco cleaning team is easy to work with, accommodating and eager to please -- very friendly too! We highly recommend them.

They did deep clean for three bathrooms, scratched out the dirty debris on shower pan and shower glass, now the shower pan recovered to white color again, and the glass is so clear. They deep cleaned oven and microwave filter, all the stainless steel appliances looks new and shining. They did exceptional job, they actually did more than I asked, they mop the floor after the work and completed cleaned work site.

It's been amazing. I love them! They even have a house key and I trust them with my dog, house, everything. They do a great job.
