We called Chris to help us with a water leak. It ended up being an o-ring that connects to the icemaker on the back of our refrigerator. To find the leak and replace the refrigerator hose (less than $20 at lowes - no plumbing work was done) we were sent a bill for $1,265. I will say Chris is quick and efficient. He arrived within 30 minutes of the call and it was less than 90 minutes total work, including all the "detection" (It took him 3 visits -10 to 20 minutes each time - to "detect the leak"?) then a trip to lowes and to replace the hose (handyman work - which he had an apprentice do). When we asked Chris upfront about payment (It looked like he was an independent contractor and ironically, I didn’t want him to have to wait for payment) he was quite charming and said, "don''t worry, our prices are competitive, and I'll send a bill when we are done". Once the bill was sent, Chris was very unresponsive, to both me and my son. We called dozens of times, 3 to 4 times a day during business hour to the same cell phone Chris had taken the call for business - 206-730-2947 - with no response or reply. We finally got an email response from his wife who we’d emailed saying we were not planning to pay the bill until it was broken down and the costs and fees were explained. (Chris does the plumbing and his wife Kathy does the billing) The only answer from both (Chris finally returned a call to my son) was "we charge per visit and this is our price". It isn’t my nature to complain and I do feel like I needed to do my part to expose bad business.

I've used and reviewed Supreme in the past for another great job but wanted to review again because I'm always impressed by how responsive Chris and his team are. Doing a very involved master bath remodel and they were fantastic and work very hard to get the job done. Particularly impressed when tile guy came and needed an adjustment on the drain, I was expecting a burdensome delay but Chris was there in 30 minutes to fix! Outstanding and highly recommend.

The folks at Supreme Plumbing worked fast and professionally and were all business. Would highly recommend and look forward to working together again.

Finally found a company that answered the phone and answered our questions.  Their communication and responsiveness exceeded any others we contacted.  Chris is prompt, professional and efficient and his crew were very professional and easy to work with.  Their prices were more than reasonable for quality work.  We are hoping that we will not need any more plumbing work but if we do Chris at Supreme Plumbing will be the first one we call.  We enjoyed him and his crew.

Had hot and cold water pipes leak after new washer and dryer installed and had Supreme Plumbing Co. replace the faucets.  Had them come back another time to replace drain pipes under the house.

Amazing.  Finally a company that answered the phone, answered my questions, and did what I wanted.  Their communication and responsiveness far exceeded any other company.  I honestly called about 20 plumbers, most did not return phone calls.  One scheduled an appointment for the same day did not show up, another quoted four times higher for the same work.  I prefer to do most things my self, but this was a bit more then i wanted to take on myself.  They were willing to do just the rough plumbing, allowing me to finish the framing and tile work at a later date.  The job was completed quickly and they cleaned up after themselves.  I would strongly recommend Supreme Plumbing to everyone.

Chris had done a big project a year ago, but one drain was having an intermittent problem.  Called him and he was out immediately the next day to take care of it quickly, in spite of the long time interval, no charge of course.  Highly recommend.

Chris is very prompt, professional and efficient. It took some creativity to install new lines in tight spaces without costly drywall removal but Chris did a superb job. We definitely plan to use Supreme Plumbing again for our rec room & bar project. The best plumbing company we've worked with and we highly recommend them.

Had a contractor doing renovation of a room into a laundry and half bathroom. Their bid called for installation of the gas line but when it came time it turned out the craftsman I had was not trained or qualified to install flex gas line.
So, I went to Angie's list and located Supreme Plumbing. The cost seemed high to me, but then plumbing always seems expensive. The quote from Supreme matched what our contractor thought was usual, and matched what he had gotten on another phone call, so I scheduled with Supreme.
They came out the next day, all business, all about getting it done, and were done in less than an hour.
Our contractor said that the work was exactly what he expected and hoped, and he was also impressed with Supreme.
So, I have a gas line installed that I can trust was installed exactly as it should be, and installed much quicker than I expected.

In a nutshell: Hire these guys!

Chris and his crew were very professional and easy to work with. They were ready to hit the ground running at 8 am sharp and were very efficient.

I ended up having major issues with my first general contractor (he had embezzled the project funds and his work was shoddy) and had to hire fire him and hire a new general contractor. Chris was very patient and understanding throughout the chaos that created with my project. My new general contractor was very impressed with the plumbing work Chris had done. In fact, many aspects of the work under my first general contractor had to be ripped out and redone, but not the plumbing!!

I hope I never have to do any major remodeling or construction again but if I did, I would definitely hire Chris and the Supreme Plumbing crew again.

Started with Fox Plumbing, big company that rated well, got a certified tech and trainee. They were 3hrs late for my appointment, arriving about 7pm for a 4-5pm window. Tried to remove the old iron clear-out plug with torch and 18and quot; monkey wrench. After playing with it, they announced they needed to return the following day with an army, and blow a hole in my wall and foundation to get at the problem. before they left for the night (!) the base estimate was $800-$3000, depending on what they find/do.
I talked to a friend who referred Kit, of Supreme Plumbing, to have a go at it the next day. Kit arrived promptly at 8am, said he could remove the clear-out plug and do a diagnostic in about 30min. He did it in 15! Installed a new PVC clear-out fitting, got it snaked and running in a few hours of study.
Painless and fast, h*** yeah I'd recommend him!

Got 3 or 4 bids, Chris was almost the lowest bid but got the best feeling that he was no-nonsense and ready to knock it out quickly. He and John were both hard workers, got tons done in a couple days including lots of crawlspace work. Also helped me out w/ a couple of and quot;extraand quot; things I had going on including lending me a rotohammer to knock something out I needed. Did a great job and very helpful w/ all aspects, happy to use him again.
