STEAMWAY CARPET CLEANING

He is a pretty professional guy.  He operates on his own and he had a nice steam cleaning outfit.  He is a pleasant and professional individual.  I'd hire him again.  I don't have that much experience on cleaning for the urine spots but I can say that it was marginally effective.  I don't have real good comparison as far as how effective some other method of cleaning would be.  I did get a quote of from a guy that wanted to do the job for $100, so what I did was I looked up your list to try and find him but he wasn't there.  I tried to get his phone number and there was just no record of him.  This guy wanted to do the job for $100 but we didn't address the issue of the urine problem so I called him up and canceled it because you didn't have a record of him and I couldn't find any record of his business or in yellow pages.  I got my money's worth out of Steamway and I can't really complain.  I did call a couple of other people and one that responded was about the same price range.                

It was excellent. They are excellent. He’s a great and honest person. He does excellent work. The best way to clean a carpet is to use the steam cleaning unit and that’s what he has. That’s the only way to clean carpets. I’ve used them before and I’ve never had any problems with them. It’s an owner operated company. Their punctuality is excellent. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.
