Rogers & family painting

Hired Donald's company because he gave the best answers to my questions and the most detailed description of his process. Also happened to have one of the lowest prices. Communication was informal, which worried me a little--Contract was essentially an email paragraph, but execution was perfectly professional. Site visit, estimate, pressure-washing, prep work, and painting happened exactly on schedule. Gave solid advice. Meticulous craftsmanship--Nearly flawless. They take obvious pride in their work. Immediately responsive to requests and feedback. We love the result. They also painted our neighbor's house a couple years ago and it still looks great.

I had called them to come out and do my exterior and they did such an amazing job a little while after I had called them back to do my interior and they came out and did an amazing job once agin the workers are super awesome and I would recommend them to anyone for either one of these jobs

They did a amazing job they where very nice and respectful clean and prompt but they made jokes and had a good time but got the job done very willing he grantees his work for a hole year and we called him once and they came out and fixed a fasha that had a tree fall on it and they painted it for free

We hired them in Oct. 2016. They were to paint our house. Did bad job. Left such a mess. Did not show up when they said they would on many sunny days. Employee said they were crabbing. They got paint on my windows and on my brick work, including fireplace bricks. Left paint that we paid for uncovered.($200 loss) Left paint debris in street that we had to clean up. It was a huge mess. Got paint on my brand new $10,000 deck and did not tell us. We found out when we removed the tarp (that they place) that there was paint on the deck. They also got paint on my new Patio walkway. Dumped 5 gallon container of gas and did not tell us. Did not caulk like they were suppose to. They said they were using caulk but they never scraped the old caulk off. Painted over a wasp nest. We had to tell them that we no longer can use them cause of the mess and the fact the got paint on my husband's Mercedes. Said they would refund us partly but never did. Have lawsuit pending

We were told to buy the paint we wanted. Contractor gave us the amount needed, but overestimated the amount needed. We were stuck with 2 5 gallons of mixed paint that could not be returned. Value of approximately $100.00. They were to clean up around the house. We are still finding paper, plastic, etc. Plus they did not wipe up drips left on decks, and entry way. They had to be called back because they forgot to paint one side of a utility house.

Awesome! They stopped by at the end of their workday to provide a bid. It was reasonable and they hopped right up on the roof and did all the work. Very professional. High quality. Awesome. Very nice people. Highly recommend them!!

It went great. Everything looks wonderful. They're a family business and they make sure to get what we want. If there's something they can't do they always make sure to work it out with us. It's really easy to work with them. They have reasonable pricing and it was easy to work within our budget. I had animals in the back and they made sure to keep them in and I felt comfortable giving them by garage pin number so they could get in. They are dependable people.
