Isaias looked over the project. He gave us one of three bids. All very comparable with his a little lower. He and his crew showed up when he said they would. Did what he said they would do. Finished when he said they would and did an excellent job. Quality work at a great price. And dependable. Hard to find combination nowadays.

Isaias Ramirez, owner of Ramirez Roofing, LLC, is the contact from start to finish. There are no intermediaries. We found him to be honest, knowledgeable, professional, detail oriented and an overall joy to work with! Ramirez is locally owned, uses local products and local vendors so his reputation is his business! Works with a simple contract, provides a 5 year labor warranty and used 30 year warranted Pabco Premier laminated fiberglass shingles! He evaluated the entire roof during the project and replaced plywood sheeting that was questionable at a cost per sheet that was stated in his contract. Always arrived on time (called when he was delayed), cleaned the entire perimeter of the project each day and when the project was finished you could not tell they had been there except for the new roof! Long story short, we felt that Ramirez worked on our project as if it was his own roof! (Did not include cost as it is variable based upon size of roof and condition of the roof foundation. Our total was within industry expectations in our area and very reasonable)

He removed two layers of roof.  He installed a 30 year roof.  I needed three extra vents put in.  He also found four more issues, which he repaired at a flat over-time rate of $50 an hour.  Mr. Ramirez was easy to get in touch with; was on schedule; and pleasant to work with.
