Propane Northwest

Technician was delayed for an emergency call, but came immediately when finished. A phone call and apology was included. He placed tanks with a truck-mounted crane in a very difficult place, and did so with extreme care and superior skill. Once they were in, he replaced all the manifold plumbing, the regulators and secured everything properly, unlike the previous installation. He then tested everything, to be sure there were no leaks, including the two appliances in the house. Technician clearly described all work done and reviewed gas safety topics.
A high standard of professionalism was clearly evident in his work. The truck looks new and is obviously maintained in excellent condition which is another indicator of pride in one's work.
