The preparation and painting went very well considering the fact that the project started so late in the year. The contracting process and bad weather were beyond the contractors control. The lead painter and company owner were very proactive when dealing with me in my position as an HOA board member. All unforseen problem areas were reported and dealt with in a timely manner. I believe that the contractor and his employees went above and beyond in an effort to give us a very good outcome.
