Heritage Landscaping Fence & Deck

Initially, we were very pleased with the work that Luis and his team did for us. They missed one day due to truck troubles, but the fence quality was nice and he stayed in budget. The picket fence is beautiful. The driveway gate did not have a way to keep it open (that's the reason for the B on quality). What has been frustrating was that we called him to do more work, and he won't return calls. I have called several times, but no response. I don't think the problem is on our end - we payed immediately, didn't question the estimate, and we gave them nothing but compliments (we're nice people to work for). We have delayed our project a month trying to get ahold of Luis. I am very frustrated.

Great. Luis worked with us to stay in budget. He assessed the previous deck and found the framing was in great condition. He and his team demolished the deck and salvaged all the existing glass panels without breaking a single one. They expanded the deck, installed the new decking and completed the railings in about a week. The only issue was that we were never really sure what the team's schedule was. Some days they would show up early, grab tools and then leave. We never really new when to expect them. But, when they were here the work went great, they kept their areas clean and were very professional. We are extremely happy with the results and would recommend Luis and his team.
