It took what should have been a week long job and it took more than a month which the total disruption to household which you're having with hardwood floors refinished just dirt and dust everywhere and used the garage as a staging area. It was totally dusted and we were having to get out of the house but then he did not do the work he was supposed to do and we spent a night in the house a couple of times. It ended up some of the floors were great and there's already some issues with the kitchen floor.

It was quite good. I was not there so I didn’t meet them. It happened as we were selling our house so we actually never used the floor. It looked really pretty.

It's a dirt, smelly business, but that can't be avoided. The end product was excellent with an excellent color match to the existing floor. I would have preferred a little more masking to reduce the dust. Would definitely use again.
