I hired this company to do a furnace service on my parents house which was in the middle of a pending sale. I left him a bad review on his hvac website after they tried to charge my elderly parents out of $10k which 4 other hvac professionals in the aftermath could not find this $10k problem. We had to pay all these other hvac people for their 2nd & 3rd opinions. In retaliation for this bad review, Armando Melchor then proceeded to get revenge on me by creating online accts in my name, for the purpose of leaving these reviews. I had to contact the online companies to delete these profiles & erase these internet revenge reviews from him. He is harassing me, trying to intimidate me & is getting internet revenge to slander my name, for a review I made about the complete nightmare we experienced through this hvac company.

Excellent professional service Just the day after we asked for help, they sent their experienced technician. He did a thorough job of examining all aspects of our furnace installation, and even took pictures deep inside various components, such as the lower heat exchanger, which showed signs of age and corrosion. Then he calculated and went over in detail what repairs would be needed, and what they would cost. It was technically feasible, but not economically worthwhile. He gave us a detailed set of four quotes for furnace replacement, adding everything together, including installation time, extended warranty coverage if wanted, and so on. We know everything we need to decide what's best to do about this replacement. We are confident that their work would be equally competent and professional. We are glad Angie's List provided this lead.

Excellent service. Armando was very punctual both for the estimate visit and the installation. The installer did a thorough job and provided good instructions on how to operate the new system.

Service was amazing right from the first point of contact. Armando was very helpful in making sure I was only scheduling the services I needed done. They were on time, professional and fairly priced as well, but most importantly honest! I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone in need of any time of HVAC services!
