We began searching for a perfect home, with a huge long list of 'must haves' in early January 2011. I chose Monique as our agent because her web site included 'how many BRs on main floor', which was one of our non-negotiable items. What a great choice we made! Monique showed us close to 130 homes in two and a half months, with a huge geographic spread from South Seattle, West Seattle, Burien, Renton, Des Moines, Kent, Auburn, Puyallup, Federal Way, Tacoma and finally, Olympia. Many days, she showed us a dozen homes in this geographic spread, and sometimes we drove up from Portland twice in the same week to look at yet more homes. Throughout this ordeal, she was incredibly organized, made it fun, was positive, enthusiastic and cheerful, and was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about everything concerning our home search and purchase. She also really listened to our needs, and would preview homes that I had chosen online as my favorites before we drove up to see them, saving us countless hours of looking at homes that didn't really meet our needs. I would recommend her to anyone needing help in finding a perfect home- she really is excellent in customer service!
