It went very well.  They were on time, completed the work promptly & did a good job of cleanup.

Wholesale Flooring Service installed the new cabinets, in my laundry room, for an insurance claim. I upgraded the cabinets and Wholesale Flooring Services quoted me the difference between what the insurance company would pay and my portion. The employee showed up on time and delivered a drawing of what the new cabinets would look like. I went into their showroom and ordered the cabinets and counter top the next week. The cabinets showed up on time, the employee contacted me for an install date and they were installed.

Throughout the process Wholesale Flooring Service was professional, kept in contact with us, and there were no surprises in the end. They made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

The estimator that came initially was very prompt, helpful and professional.  The estimate was reasonable.  When the floor installers came, they found water damage on the plywood under the vinyl.  They said they couldn't do that job until it was fixed.  I had the bad plywood replaced and the floor inspected.  The joists/tongue and groove flooring was in great condition.  Then they sent another installer and he said more plywood needed to be replaced so another section was replaced.  The floor was installed.  We stayed off the floor for 24 hours as instructed.  The floor is no longer level and it was level originally. There are several areas that are at different levels and there's a slight curve at the seam of the new plywood, the floor is lower where the new plywood starts.  There is also a bad squeak in the floor now.  We really liked the estimator/job manager's service.  He was prompt at returning our calls.  came out to the house several times to look at the job, bring floor samples, and look at the finished floor.  The installer should have used a level to check the floor before putting on the vinyl and put more floor levelling on or called the job manager before putting the vinyl down.  The estimator gave us a discount but I feel we are going to have to replace the floor again at a later date.  The floor should have been completely redone.
