We purchased a 14,000 gate that has NEVER worked

Fantastic! This company was so fast at getting our estimate and also at constructing and installing our new drive way gate. The cost was half of some of the other companies. I was shocked to see that someone left them a bad review. Nikolas was one of the best contractors we have worked with, and his prices are amazing. There are four of us on one long driveway and after seeing my gate the other homeowners decided to use him for a gate at main entrance. We got 3 bids and he was literally thousands less. I cant say enough about how happy we are with are new gate.

Needed some follow up adjustments which he performed

I purchased some parts from West Coast Ironwork to repair a broken automatic gate. I installed the motor myself, but when it quit working several days later, I asked him to come out to see what the problem was. When he arrived, he provided me another part I required and I began installing it (four bolts and a couple of wires, easy) while he diagnosed the main problem with the gate.
As it turns out, the product he sold me failed and he would not warrantee it himself, requiring me to deal with the company directly (shipping alone was $85). Adding insult to injury, he charged me $240 to hook up two wires, in addition to his service call. And the thing still doesn't work! Rip-off.
