They are doing a fair job, but I wished their follow was better though. They did everything they were suppose to do, but we did have to tack the plastic to the ceiling ouselves since it fell down. We contacted the owner and he was very apologetic.
Description of Work: They are drying out all the water damage in the kitchen. They also called the asbestos company for us too.

They were highly intelligent in how they cleaned my carpet. They did a fantastic job. They went over the carpet several times. It took them a very long time; they did the work so thoroughly. I can't believe what a bargain they were and how well they did. They came right out to do the work.

We called them on Wednesday morning to see when they could come out, but we never heard back from them and called them to find out. They came out Thursday afternoon, provided an estimate on Friday morning and arranged to come out Saturday at 10:00. Saturday morning they rescheduled for 1:00. They arrived at 1:00 and worked for an hour and 45 minutes (they tried to charge me for 3 hours). We removed the carpet padding because it was something we could easily do and not get charged (we removed it after they provided the estimate so they couldn't add this on somewhere else). They only needed to remove the lower half of the drywall and base boards. They left 4 fans and a dehumidifier which they picked up on Tuesday. They never told us the dehumidifier drained into the tube of our basement restroom. Luckily we happened to noticed it, the tube was halfway filled with water by then.
Description of Work: We had water damage in our basement after record rainfall in November. They cleaned the carpet and removed damaged dry wall and baseboards.
