Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly, from Chloe on the
phone to Pedro and his crew doing the heavy lifting. Chloe explained the
process and the costs involved and made sure to answer all my questions
so there were no surprises. All of our goods were handled carefully and
arrived in the same condition. I will happily recommend Warrior Moving
to everyone!

We got 3 movers and a truck. The movers were extremely slow and when we complained about the slowness, both the movers and office staff became very rude with us. At the end, the movers held some of our belongings hostage in their truck until we would sign paperwork, which ended in us having to call the cops. Absolutely horrible experience! We'll never be using these movers again and will also make sure no one we know does either.

"Hello [member name removed], Moving can be very stressful, which we well know, we always try to help when there are problems which arrive out of just the sheer stress of moving so we explained, as we had before, the reason your move was moving so slow, is because there was not full disclosure on your part about your move. You did not reserve the elevator and you had a long carry, and when we arrived you were not prepared for your move i.e. you were not done packing.... I also said if you would work on packing while they are moving items, we could move those boxes too, but your were just stressed, which we understand. . Your complaints were heard, but we had to explain to you again, the elevators were being used and when we arrived to move you, you were not packed, and we had to carry the items a long distance to the truck, which also slowed the move down. We did not "hold your items hostage", we have NEVER done that and we never will....You pulled up your car behind us and said you were not paying for the move and that we would not be leaving and you were calling the police.. which we were actually happy for. We waited for the police to arrive and once we explained the situation,they demanded that you move your vehicle so we could complete your move. The police were very nice and helped to keep us safe from your barrage of verbal abuse. We had NEVER experienced a move quite like yours. We are known for our speed, respect and experience and out of all the moves we have performed, yours was definitely a learning experience. As we said at the end of the move, we wish you the best in your new place."

I have moved probably 10 times over the last 20 years including out of state full package employer paid moves. This was by far the best move I have ever done. They arrived on time, took great care with my belongings, and did not lose a single thing along the way. They were personable, professional and worked the full time. I highly recommend Warrior Moving.

When obtaining quotes to move our belongings, the person who prepared the estimate asked good questions, and knew what they could do for us. The crew showed up on time and worked non-stop. They put in a 10 hour day. No items were damaged. We would definitely use them again!

These guys were AMAZING! Used them once before 2 years ago for a move from an apartment and had everything dropped off in multiple locations. They were timely, efficient, careful with the belongings, and most importantly, well priced. Because of this we decided to use them again for an even bigger move. They showed up early to get started. They even beat us to the initial move site. Movers had to pick up a 10x15 storage unit full of furniture at the 1st location, take furniture from a 3rd floor condo at the second location, and furniture from one room of another home at a 3rd location all in Federal Way/SeaTac area and take it to a new 5 bedroom home in Everett. New home presented moving challenges as every entrance required going up stairs, doorways were narrower because it is an older home, and it was pouring buckets! These guys were moving NINJAS!! They got it all done in 4 hours less time than what they had originally quoted for and not a single thing was broken, missing, or dinged! Definitely refering all our friends that are moving to these guys!

I chose them because they're native american and I've got an affinity towards that. They are outstanding in timeliness, communication, and in making sure that I was happy.
