4 weeks later when I call to ask if it's ready yet, I've been told "it will be ready tomorrow" twice now, I get to listen to the husband and wife fight about who should have ordered the part they need, even though they told me a week ago it was in.....

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH WARDS IS GREAT, THEY ARE STILL THE SMALL COMPANY WITH THE GREAT ATTITUDE. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND WILL TAKE THE TIME THAT IS NEEDED TO FULLY EXPLAIN WHAT WAS NEEDED TO BE DONE AND WHY. NOT IN A RUSH JUST TO GET YOU OUT OF THE DOOR.
