It was very good. It was $30 an hour and she took 4 hours to do the work for me. They did a good job.
Description of Work: I used Vera's Cleaning for housecleaning. They didn't do the oven but they did the hallways.

I purchased the Big Deal and a day later Vera contacted me. She asked a few questions about my house and then we scheduled the date for my deep clean. Two women came on time and after a quick walk through the house, they started cleaning. It took them 4 hours to deep clean my house and the house looked amazing! They were very polite and quick. They did such a great job that we have decided to schedule bi-weekly cleaning. Vera's price is very reasonable. Update: I just had my first bi-weekly clean. It is so amazing to come home to a clean house. For the bi-weekly, Tanya (one of the women who came by for the deep clean) came and it took her 2 hours to clean.

She was quiet and polite and easy to communicate with. I am so glad I hired this company and would definitely recommend them for any of your housecleaning needs.

The cleaning lady showed up 10 minutes early on the appointed day. She went through the entire house. I was very pleased with the results and have signed up for a bi-weekly service. Very happy with Vera's Cleaning Service.

Although they are not fluent in English, we have no trouble communicating about what needs to be done. I was happy with the owner who did the quote. I was not happy with the actual service because it was very hard to communicate with the cleaners because they did not speak English. Eventually I got frustrated and canceled the service. The owner speaks English but you don’t work directly with her.
