I purchased the Big Deal and a day later Vera contacted me. She asked a few questions about my house and then we scheduled the date for my deep clean. Two women came on time and after a quick walk through the house, they started cleaning. It took them 4 hours to deep clean my house and the house looked amazing! They were very polite and quick. They did such a great job that we have decided to schedule bi-weekly cleaning. Vera's price is very reasonable. 
Update: I just had my first bi-weekly clean. It is so amazing to come home to a clean house. For the bi-weekly, Tanya (one of the women who came by for the deep clean) came and it took her 2 hours to clean.

The cleaning lady showed up 10 minutes early on the appointed day. She went through the entire house. I was very pleased with the results and have signed up for a bi-weekly service. Very happy with Vera's Cleaning Service.

I was happy with the owner who did the quote. I was not happy with the actual service because it was very hard to communicate with the cleaners because they did not speak English. Eventually I got frustrated and canceled the service. The owner speaks English but you don’t work directly with her.
