He came on a Saturday to assess the project, provided a written estimate the following Monday, and submitted permit applications as soon as the structural drawings were ready. He estimated 2-3 weeks to complete the job but completed everything in about one week. Excellent communication (email and phone) about all phases of the project, without prompting. City inspections went smoothly and interruption to our use of the space was minimized. Great work.
Description of Work: Removed one of two central structural support posts in garage, replaced second post with stronger post and replaced beam in ceiling with stronger beam to support additional weight.
