They were the only store that would sell me the single window pane I needed. All the other places I called required themselves to install it-at double + what Valley charged. One of the panes was a bit too big, so I needed to file it down on 2 sides a little. They were friendly, helpful and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to DIY in a heartbeat.

Great as usual. We've used Valley Glass for over a decade and you can't beet their pricing and work. Easy to work with, which is important for us property managers. Sometimes they can be booked out for a couple weeks, but saving hundreds of dollars is worth it.

I highly recommend Valley Glass for your window needs. Everyone I’ve met in the store, on the phone, estimators and installers are very friendly and professional. Their prices are very reasonable and all work was of high quality and was completed in a punctual manner. I plan on calling them again for some more windows that need replacing at my home.??

From start to finish, Valley Glass was responsive, listened to my needs, listened to what I hoped to accomplish and offered suggestions. When a question was asked of Michelle and she wasn't 100% certain, she got an answer from a fellow team member. From measurement of the shower to install was about ten days. I have used Valley Glass in the past and will continue using them. Good job!

I would give them 5 stars! I inherited my Grandmother's China hutch when she passed. the glass shelves broke in the move. I was devastated. I figured it would be difficult and expensive to get more custom cut. They were wonderfully priced and ready in about 3 hours. They fit perfectly. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

My wife and I own a couple of dance studios teaching ballet, tap, jazz, and modern. We opened a new studio recently and needed to hang new mirrors. I called 3 different companies to give me a bid, Valley Glass being 1 of them. The estimator was great and felt confident in his knowledge and information he shared with me. I got their quote next day but none from any of the others! I ultimately got the other 2 after several days but based on how they had worked with my I had already committed to using Valley Glass. Turns out they had the best price anyway! The challenge we had was we had a very tight time window to work with and it was over the holidays. The totally met our needs and scheduled it for us right at the end of the year. The crew was on time (actually a few minutes early), got right to it, spent a good amount of time measuring and working with us to get them right where we wanted them. The guys on the team were great to work with and knocked it out perfectly. We were very very happy with the result and the over all experience! I would - without hesitation - use them again for our business.

My service was Great! They came out measured, helped me figure out the opening size for my pet. When they came to install the glass they were very courteous and detailed in the work they did. The new pet insert was awesome. I would highly recommend Valley Glass to others!

Good price, but two problems: one screen was not tightly placed in the frame, but acceptable. Bigger problem: I specifically asked that tabs be replaced on one screen because one was broken off. Tabs are there for you to safely and securely grab the screen from inside the open window to remove it. They didn't replace the missing tab even though it was obviously broken and the screen was stretched right over it. Consequence? I have to remove the screen now from the outside, using a ladder to reach it--it's on a second story window. Other problem: I let them know six days ago about the problem and even sent photos. The result? They're not responding at all; my message to them was ignored. I don't think they are willing to stand by their work. This was small job. They won't get any more business from me, and the potential was there..

Without the dedicated coordination efforts of Valley Glass, specifically Cassie and Brenda, my mom's home closing would have been delayed. They provided quick installation at a great price. I had dealt with another company in the Renton area who let me down by miscommunicating among themselves and delaying service for 2 weeks. Not at Valley Glass! These folks know what to ask and get to work on it. This was a situation in which I was in my home in Virginia, but was doing work on a home closing in Renton, for my mom who is elderly and not living at home any longer. Her home was going to closing and I was dealing with several vendors, most of which did an excellent job is satisfying the home inspection criteria. Cassie dealt with me when I was still a bit leery of glass vendors in Renton, so I was likely had to deal with. But she gave me confidence they could do the job quickly and they did. The work was done quickly and cost less than the first company I had dealt with.

The broken window was replaced and that sliding glass door fixed very quickly and neatly. On this second visit, I was given a 4 hour period in which to expect the service, and he arrived within that timeframe. The price was exactly as quoted.

My experience with them went very nicely. There weren’t any surprises. They took the old ones out and put the new ones in. It was a very nice company with very nice people. I haven’t had any problem with the window. I enjoyed working with them.

Very poorly, they lost the order and argued over it though I had my receipt and gave them the order number. Then making up the wrong screen as the new screen is not one that can have the fabric replaced. The fellow who delivered the screen because of the mix-ups was very nice, though I would not buy from them again.

Leonard gave a speedy and fair estimate. He and another person came to measure the dimensions promptly. Installation, though, was a hassle. Difficult to set an appointment. When the day for installation came, the workers came late and left early. They told us that they didn't have the right measurements to install the kitchen and master BR windows; our neighbor overheard them saying they were double-booked. They said they would reschedule and call back. They never called. I called a week later to reschedule; installer said he "hadn't forgotten", and would call back that afternoon. He never called. I called back 3 days later and rescheduled. Workers arrived 5 hours late (1PM instead of 8AM). Invoice called the windows vinyl. They're definitely fiberglass, so I had them redo the invoice. Valley appears to lack organizational accountability: very poor communication. Emails and phone calls not returned several times. Windows look great.

Leonard came out and did an assessment almost immediately and we liked the price, windows, professionalism. Did $1500 down payment but did not hear from the company for 3 weeks. I finally called and they said the windows were ordered and they would let us know when they came in and set up an install date. After 2 more weeks I again called and the windows had come in so we set up the install date, the Friday before the memorial day week end 2007. Two young men came out and I went to work leaving my phone number if any problems should occur. They installed the 9 windows and cleaned up the area both in and outside. The back door was not installed but left in the garage. The explanation was that it had started to rain and they were one man short on the job. It took 2 calls to Gary to get the back screen door installed. I also told him that the bathroom window had been installed on dry-rot. They did not have anyone to help. I am trying to find a carpenter to fix the area.
