They showed up on time and did stay with the estimated cost. I would never use them for a pack though. They took the largest boxes they could find and put all of my breakables in the box. I'm talking a U-Haul large box - china on the box with pyrex glass baking dishes on top. This obviously caused quite a lot of breakage. I regret getting the packing help from them, I basically paid someone to smash my stuff. They also packed stuff they weren't supposed to and then lost it. We are still missing an iPad and a laptop. We called and asked them if they had found an extra box or if anyone could remember what happened to our things. They answered that the guys distinctly remember packing them in a small box (uh - you never used a small box for ANY of the packing you helped us with). Then they left moving quilts at our house. We called several times about them coming back to pick those up too. They never showed so we had to get rid of them ourselves.
I would absolutely never use them again.

When I scheduled appt with Anthony I was quoted 115/hr and two guys. What showed up was three men and a quote for 156/hr. I told them I didn't sign up for that and the crew lead, Scott, got Anthony on the phone and we resolved the issue without much pain. The three guys couldn't be nicer and more professional in their craft. I really liked how respectful they were to our belongings, time and family. I am still stunned at how fast they made this all go. I give the crew an A and the management a B. I would use them again and recommend to anyone.

I called on a Friday and was able to arrange for a move on the following Monday. The office manager was thorough, informative and very helpful. I received a prompt e-mail confirming the appointment and providing information and details.







The 2-man crew was neat, courteous, professional, and punctual. They padded and wrapped the furniture, and transported everything with great care. The only disappointment was that they would not move the office machines (computers, copier, printers, etc.) unless they were boxed. Companies I'd used in the past had a special padded cart for this purpose...







Overall I was very pleased and would not hesitate to use this company again.

From start to finish the Two Men and a Truck employees were helpful, professional, punctual and efficient. Making the reservation was a breeze. The movers who showed up to the storage location were polite, professional and hard-working. They were experienced in how to unload and reload our belongings safely and effectively in order to transport them without damage. The cost was reasonable for the services provided. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck without hesitation to family, friends and neighbors.

They were very good and quick. There was no damage that I could see.

Their customer service was good. The job they did was kind of mediocre. They just left everything all over the place even though the boxes were marked where they were supposed to go.

They charged me about $575 for their services. Overall, they were fine.

Very good experience. Have used them twice as we relocated to this area. The first time they moved large items from uhaul trailer into an apartment. Called them a second time to move large items from apartment and storage unit into home. We called them on recommendation from the apartment manager as we didn't know any one else to ask. We used United Van lines for the major move from the midwest to Seattle

Called and had someone come and give us a bid. The final price was well under the bid because the 3 workers--Rafael, Aaron, and Craig--worked so quickly. They were careful when handling items and wrapped them well. Whole job lasted from 8:30 to 3:15.

They charged me about 95 dollars per hour. They were done 30 minutes earlier then the estimated time frame that they gave me. I liked that they wore shoe covers to protect my floors.
