I did have a 10% off coupon I could have used, but they did such a good job, I just stuck the coupon in my pocket.

Really did a "hachet job" on the trees in the back yard which acts as a privacy screen to our neighbors, to the point that there was very few leaves and almost no branches left. Perhaps I should have supervised them more but I was quite shocked to see the extent of their "trimming".

Ed cut some smaller trees and many branches of bigger trees that were coming to our roof. It was a lot of work to do. He did everything we asked for and left everything very clean behind. Excellent work! Our yard looks so much better now, we are so pleased with the result !

Ed was great! Was quick to get a bid out to me, was very reasonably priced and did a great job limbing and trimming too large trees. Left me a few chopped up logs for me to use for firewood, and had the place cleaned up neat as a pin.

Ed and his team did a fantastic job of removing a large, old pine tree from our front yard.  Very close to a fence, blueberry bushes, an even larger tree, and an extensive rockery, Ed cleanly brought the tree down in sections without damaging anything.  They chipped up all of the branches and cut the rounds into firewood lengths and neatly stacked them.  And, then he and his crew (but Ed in particular) very carefully cleaned up the entire work area.  I'm a stickler for a clean and neat yard and Top Cut left it looking fantastic.  One of my neighbors came over the next day and said he he couldn't even tell a tree had been there before.  I will definitely use Top Cut for any future tree services.

Ed and crew arrived punctually to do the work and stayed for several hours making sure that every facet of the job was professionally completed to our satisfaction.  Twice they had to momentarily suspend their efforts when neighbors came out to ensure they were not harming the trees (different neighbors/different trees - one of which was actually on the neighbor's property but severely overgrowing our property).  Both neighbors returned to their houses assured that Ed and his workers were taking the utmost care to make sure that no damage would befall the trees because of their actions.  Ed's crew stayed after the trimming was completed to clean up and did a thorough job (our yard almost looked better after they were done than before they arrived).  The job went as smoothly as we could ask.  Ed and Company are the fourth tree service company we have employed in the past fifteen years.  Unlike the others, we will have Ed back, and he is in fact scheduled to come on January 4th to remove a good sized deciduous tree and grind the roots after the leaves fall.

Very fair price and happy with the work that was done.  Ed Ford and his crew seemed to work very efficiently and everything was cleaned up before they left.   Would definitely use again and recommend to others.  

I thought that they were very helpful.  They cleaned up after themselves really nicely.  They did above and beyond what I asked them to do and so it was nice.  The price was very comparable with others.

Ed the owner and his crew showed up on time and performed the work just as we specified. They were careful of existing shrubs and flowers, which was important to us.  After they did the basic work, they cleaned everything up. I have used Top Cut before and they always do a good job. 

Ed and his crew of 2 arrived at the scheduled time and knocked on my door to let me know they were starting the job.  They moved the bird feeder and the bird bath out of the way.  They were very careful to prevent any of the branches from falling on my neighbor's landscaping.  The crew cleaned up branches and twigs as Ed cut them off.  When the job was over they replaced the bird feeder and the bird bath and thoroughly cleaned up the debris and the work area.   Ed discovered quite a few dead branches and the trunk was covered with moss, so he recommended that I call a tree expert who could help get the tree back to better health. 
I would hire Top Cut Tree Services again.

Ed and his crew arrived on time and got right to work. Ed (the owner) does the tree cutting / climbing himself and his crew of 2 knows exactly what to do to support him while climbing the trees. They worked hard from approximately 10 am until 4 pm and their cleanup was outstanding.  I have already engaged them to do additional work for me!

It was cut down and the wood and debris was removed from the property. It took a while to get an appointment because he was booked up.  The price was fair.

It went just as planned.   Ed and his team were very careful about the landscaping under and around the trees.   And I don't have a lot of area that is clear to be dropping big branches and logs. Ed checked in with me to be sure it was getting cut the way I envisioned it.  After, my place was cleaner than when they started.

All of the employees know me by name. They come out every year for me to trim my trees. These guys know my property better than I do. They definitely value their customers.

This the second time Top Cut has trim a Maple tree for me.
Ed installs confidence in the customer that the job will be done to their satisfaction.
He and his crew are professionals , prompt, and cleaned up after the job.
They even waited for my to see the trim job, to make sure it was what I wanted.

Ed came when he said he would, the team arrived on time and my tree's were taken down without disruption to my yard.  They chipped all they could on site and hauled out the oversize wood.  Both cherry trees had their stumps ground out.  My yard was then raked clean and the entire property was blown clean.  Nice crew. I highly recommend this company.  Outstanding job.
