Timmie was here on time and every time he was scheduled to be here.  He and his employees all worked very hard and conscientiously.  This was a big project, all on sloped ground and too narrow or tight in many places to use machinery.  It was all done by hand and wheelbarrow.  It was amazing how perfect the lawn shape and slope came out. Timmie was very friendly and professional.  I would recommend his business to anyone.

The details are that Mr. Nguyen has been our gardener, landscaper for ~ 12 years.  I didn't realize he was on Angie's List.  Everyone who sees our property wants to know who does the work.  When my husband hired him, he said we would always be able to look at the landscaping and enjoy it and that has been consistently true.  I am not very good at expressing what I want but he has always listened and then done it way better than I envisioned.

We have a large property (shy acre) that needed a lot of spring cleanup to get it ready to go on the market. I had a little bit of trouble getting in touch with the phone number provided (wasn't able to leave a message the first couple of times I called), but once I was able to speak to him we were able to get an estimate within a few days, and schedule the work for the following week. The initial estimate was a little lower than the final cost, but we knew this was a possibility going into it because we weren't exactly sure how much bark was needed.

We are very happy with the work, the property looks great! I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again in the future!

By the way, the house went pending in three days =)

Between the time I left a message requesting a bid and the time the work was done was only 1 week. He replied quickly, came out and gave us a bid the same day he returned my call and had the work completed 3 days later. There was a lot of work to be done and he and his crew did a superb job!! We couldn't be happier and will recommend him to all of our friends. My very favorite part is how beautifully he trimmed our bushes and trees.

He is very communicative and cheerful about doing the work. He always tries to make sure he does the work the way I want it done. He is right on the schedule time every week. He is not so professional but is very friendly.

It went very we'll, in fact I had 10 dead planters on my deck, he took them away happily, no charge. Very friendly to work with.

Arrived as stated, worked as stated and cleaned up as stated. EXCELLENT results. By doing all of this work, he opened up the areas from the overgrown plants, bushes and small trees. What they completed would have taken us several weekends. We have our weekends back! We will call him again. THANK YOU!!!

He does a wonderful job in manicuring our yard. He mows regularly and does the fall and spring clean up. He has that old fashioned work ethic and with a smile....somehow he always goes the extra mile. Thank you Timmies Landscaping for all you do.

The yard (your average size yard, .18 acre), was a mess. 4 good sized flower beds, a 75sq ft small rocked walkway, a large flower bed (about 500sq ft) were covered in weeds and grass. They were surprised when they found stairs in the large flower bed (I knew they were there).
Timmie's cleared all the weeds, mowed/edged the lawn, trimmed a number of trees and bushes (including some very large branches), cleaned up and hauled it all away. They had 4 guys working for good 7-8 hours. They did a great job and the new renters are very excited to have a nice canvas to work with and I am excited the new renters plan to take care of Timmie's great work.

I contacted Timmie after reading his reviews here on Angie's List, seeing from his zip code that he lived fairly close. I am located fairly far out in King County and that can affect pricing from contractors. Timmie made an appointment to come out the next evening and showed up right on time. He spent almost an hour going over the property with me and helping me decide what would be best to do for now with the money I was willing to spend. He gave me a price for his work with 3 helpers and said the Casuron and gravel would be extra but billed without markup. He gave me a date and they all showed up on time and immediately began work. They worked overtime without asking for more money in order to finish what Timmie said he would. I have a large piece of property that can swallow you up when you try to make an impact on it.
I am very pleased with the work Timmie and his crew did and will not hesitate to have them back.

I called him on Tuesday and he arrived and gave us a quote. I got home from work on Wednesday and all the work was complete. Early that evening he arrived for payment and asked how it looked...I said great and told him I would have him back for additional work in our backyard!

Timmy's was referred to me by a good friend was well received! He is very thorough and very proactive. He takes
pride in his work and always goes the extra mile! I would recommend him to everyone. He removed a full truck load of down branches and dead grass and went above and beyond by edging and cutting the grass well worth his price.

We use Timmies regularly. They have been dependable and conscientious and we appreciate that we can count on them.

They are doing my yard for the first time today actually; but they did the gardening around the neighborhood. They do a really good job, so I contacted them. They said they will be here the first thing in the morning, and they sure were.
