Have excellent sub-contractors for framing,plumbing, heating, electrical, roofing, hardwood, granite. We bill on a per-job bases, or on time-and-material bases @$45.00 per man-hour for all employee labor, materials and sub-contractors' invoices are marked-up 15%. Our floor heat installations carry 30 year warranty on materials.
