Description of Work: I took the day off for the appointment and they cancelled 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive. They offered no reschedule time.

Description of Work: He kept repairing our microwave, and then something else would break, and he came out repeatedly, charging us more each time. Finally, he couldn't figure out why the turntable stopped working upon his last repair, so we stopped calling them for help. For what we paid, we could have easily purchased another microwave. Disappointing result.

Description of Work: We had a part on our Jenn Air range break. The part is no longer readily available. The vendor was able to locate a part across the country and when received installed it. The part was probably a low-cost item, but since it was (for us) impossible to find (I tried for 2 days before calling them), had they not located it, we would have had to replace the rangetop at a significantly higher cost. Shipping took several days. The repair man arrived on schedule and quickly hooked it up. He was thoroughly professional and friendly. It took about 10 minutes to install the part and the stovetop is operational again.

Repairman came and took care of it, answered all my questions and fortunately it was the lowest price fix. I have used the Appliance Repairman to fix my appliances for years and have always had good experiences.
