One of the major components has failed and the company is not honoring its warranty. I have called and left messages every day for the past 10 days now and first off, there are no people to answer the phone, and second, they haven't returned my calls. This thing failed 10 days ago, and should have been fixed 3 days later. Their first claim was that they would deliver the part but not install it. I said that the "replace the defective part" language in their warranty meant that they had to deliver it and install it. I have not heard from them since.

SUNSTREAM WAS COURTEOUS, FAIRLY PRICED, ON TIME AND PROVIDED A GOOD PRODUCT THAT HAS SERVED US WELL. THEY WERE ON TIME, CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHEN THE JOB WAS FINISHED, AND DID THE JOB WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE.
