Staples is very satisfactory. They charge me and they're there for me and they know what they're doing. They don't try and tell me when I walk in the door that I haven't paid. Doing it over the phone with tech support guys is like awful, catastrophic. You can't understand what they're saying. I like to be understood and I don't like people calling me all the time telling me I haven't paid or that it's urgent that there's something wrong with my computer and they are just trying to make money. I don't like scams, so I take it to my local Staples and they are fine. They are local and always there to help. You have to take your computer in which is a little inconvenient but it's worth it.

The experience was really good. The price was about half off because it was a computer they just but out on display, so I was very happy with it. They cleaned it up after it was on display and they had it ready pretty quickly.
