I had an appointment. I arrived at the appointed time and the service person was ready for me. The job took about an hour. They vacuumed my truck to ensure no glass was left in the cab.

I had planned on them coming to my home for the repair, but the timing did not work out. So I took the vehicle to their shop in Kent. I called to set up a time to keep the appointment as short as possible, and then called right before leaving to confirm. They asked if I would delay arrival for 30 minutes due to being delayed on another project. When I arrived they took me right in, coordinated with my insurance company and they repaired the two windshield chips. Good, quality work.

Sent quote request on Thursday. They called back Friday morning and scheduled for Monday between 1:00 and 5:00 PM. Showed up at 1:30 and did the job in just over 30 minutes. Excellent quality workmanship.

I made the appointment on the internet. Apparently there is a corporate headquarters who makes the estimate then assigns it to one of the local Speedy Glass shops. There was confusion on whether the appointment was between 8am and 12:00 noon or 9am and 1pm. Not wanting to miss my appointment, I called the Bothell location around 12:35. They didn't know about it, and referred me to one or two other locations. I called, finally got the Kent location. About then the technician showed up. He was very nice, very professional, and did a great job. My insurance would not pay as my deductible was too high. But without asking, I was offered insurance billing help, if I needed it. I mention this because it was comforting to know they would help with the hassle. Although there was a glitch or two, I would still recommend Speedy Glass.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE REPLACEMENT OF THE WINDSHIELD. IT WAS SEALED CORRECTLY, PREVENTING ANY LEAKS. THEY ALSO ABSORBED THE COST OF THE DEDUCTIBLE WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED. THEY CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE AT THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD ARRIVE. THE SERVICEMAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID THE WORK IN A VERY QUICK TIME.

THE INSTALLATION WAS GREAT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT THEY GAVE ME A 9AM-12PM WINDOW TO ARRIVE, AND CAME ABOUT 12:45PM (THEY WERE LATE). I TOLD THE TECHNICIAN THAT I WAS A LITTLE PICKY AND HE TOOK EXTRA SPECIAL CARE NOT TO SCRATCH OR MAKE ANY MARKS ON THE CAR.

THE WORK DONE HAS BEEN FINE. THERE HAVE BEEN NO LEAKS. THEY GOT THE REPLACEMENT IN A PRETTY QUICK TIME FRAME AS WELL. UNFORTUNATELY WHEN REMOVING THE OLD WINDSHIELD, PART OF THE PLASTIC SURROUND WAS BROKEN.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THE REPAIR WAS PERFORMED IN OUR DRIVEWAY IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES. THE TECHNICIAN WAS FRIENDLY, PROMPT AND CLEANED UP ALL THE SHATTERED GLASS THROUGHOUT THE CAR.
