They workers are helpful and friendly. They will hold the dog when they get unruley. It is a self serve doggy wash. The groomer is good and gentle when they trim the dogs nails and very friendly with the dogs. They are convenient and have a good facility. The shampoo doesn't bother the dogs eyes. You are able to wash them with a wand. They provide an apron so you don't get soaked to the bone.

Brought in my new rescue Labrador retriever for a bath and nail clip. The person who set me up helped me by determining exactly what kind of shampoo to use (fleas!) and got me set up to do his bath myself. He was calm because I was there working on him. When we were done, another person did a perfect job clipping his nails. I recommend this place highly, it is such a treat to have a clean and HAPPY dog! 

Clean , friendly and helpful facility. Easy to bathe waist high tubs and great grooming tools. Staff is very professional and helpful. High quality shampoos and conditioners, all included in self serve fees.

They are awesome. The price depends on the size of our dog and their weight. They do all the cleanup and we don't have to worry about the dog hair going down our drain. We don't have to cleanup afterwards and we don't have to worry about it spraying everywhere in our bathroom. It's just really convenient. They supply clippers and everything we need. It just makes it really easy. There is plenty of room. If we use the ones at another place, it's very tight quarters. This is roomy and friendly. They have good music. They have treats for our dog that we can get afterwards. It's just really nice. With regard to price, it would be nice if it was cheaper. It is more money than another place but we get more, so it is fair. They get us in a tub right away; I have never had to wait. I recommend them to everybody.

They are pretty available. I would recommend them.
