I absolutely loved their service and their products. It was great not to have to heft around gallons of milk during my weekly grocery trip and if I was out of something I knew it would arrive on Thursday morning as planned so there was probably no need to make a special trip to the store. I'm a bit snobbish about my meat and dairy products and after doing a lot of research I found them to provide the best of the best when it comes to their milk and eggs. While their website isn't great and isn't particularly intuitive, they have a great selection of items that keeps growing. If you're hesitating because of price - don't. By the time you average out the price of their items vs. what you get in the store for equivalent quality and the fact it's so convinent it's worth the money hands down.

They deliver milk and other things weekly for me. They have a wonderful website to order from. It's also very workable by phone too.

We love getting milk at the doorstep. It feels like a throwback to another era. My kids love the chocolate milk. I have a standing order but it is pretty easy to update your order on their website if you want to make changes or suspend delivery. We've had a couple of instances when the delivery person was out of something we ordered, but he usually leaves a hand written note, which is sweet.

My milk is delivered weekly, early in the morning, in an insulated box that they provide. I can adjust my standing order online up to PM the day before my delivery and my billing is automatically paid from my bank account. The few times I have had to call - to adjust an order when I was away from a computer or once, when a carton of milk had leaked - my issues were taken care of immediately and cheerfully. The products are high quality, and although a little higher in price than what you might get at a large grocery store, the quality, freshness and convenience is worth it to me. I figure that what I save by not having to make a weekly trip to the store for milk (when did you ever go for milk and not come home with other stuff?) makes up the difference. During recent snow storms, schools and many services were delayed, but the milk arrived on time. If you want to support a local Washington company and get a great product, too, I highly recommend milk (and eggs, and cream, and yogurt and....) from Smith Brothers Dairy.
