I was extremely pleased with the recommendations from her. All told, I was working off and on for two months and the house looks very different. The paint schemes all worked very well, the open floor plan blended nicely. The colors really make the kitchen pop. With new lights, new flooring, new counters, the recommendations for furniture and cutting back an overhead cabinet really opened up the kitchen and dining area. People who have come into the house really like the new look and were amazed at the changes. The discount on the Benjamin Moore paint made repainting the entire house more affordable and the very high quality Aura paint was really easy to work with. I am very pleased and would recommend her to any friends and family looking for decor and design assistance.

Angie responded quickly to my email request for a consultation. We spoke by phone so I could describe our project (a remodel). She came out to the house, calling twice to apologize when construction caused delays in her arrival. She listened to our needs, reviewed our choices in tile, woodwork, and made color suggestions using paint sample fans from Benjamin Moore. She was able to help us pick out strong colors that I've normally been afraid of. We asked her opinion on fixtures for a new bath and she pointed us in a new direction that made complete sense (and that we liked!). Angie made suggestions for accents in the rest of the house, using existing fixtures as well as our taste to tie the design together. She wrote everything down on a paper that includes a note that we can get a 15% discount on the paint from the Benjamin Moore store in Maple Valley. Great service!

We've been considering this remodel work for 2 years now so we have talked to several remodel experts, designers and contractors. Most of the suggestions that Angela has made we have heard before but she did have a few original, excellent ideas that we will incorporate into our remodel. Her forte seems to be color selections so we are going to use her color suggestions. Overall experience is very good: she is prompt returning phone calls and setting up/keeping appointments.

Angela has a great eye for color selection. We had been laboring over color choices for over a month and Angela was able to come up with great colors in an hour. She brings a fan deck of Benjamin Moore colors and takes into consideration existing furniture and decoration to choose colors that fit well. She was very open to my input if I wasn't sure with an initial color choice, she would find one that I felt more comfortable with. She also paid close attention to how each of the colors we picked worked together avoiding anything that may clash. At the end of the session, I was handed a comprehensive paint plan with color numbers and finishes for each room of the home. I also was given 10% of my paint purchases at the local Maple Valley Paint store when using her selected colors!
