We began working with Shannon while building our home 2 1/2 years ago. She immediately sensed our preferences, even when we didn't convey them in an articulate manner. We have since referred numerous friends to her. Our son and daughter-in-law just purchased their first home and our housewarming gift to them is design time with Shannon.
