Sales estimate was based upon upgrading an existing "hard-wired" system with new sensors and monitors. When installer reviewed the plan he changed the architecture around to wireless with my approval. Installer did a great job and kept me informed as installation went on. It is a Honeywell Monitronics system which we reviewed prior to purchase and felt provides competitive pricing, features and quality with other national companies. Installation was professional, clean and timely. We fielded sales calls from 3 other providers and our pricing, results, installation and satisfaction is high, so far.
