This is a branch of another company Depot with some serious problems. In the span of six months, which is way too long to deal with getting windows installed, we went through three different project managers (one of whom quit) and three different installers (Our first installation appointment was canceled on short notice due to a contractor no longer being with the company.). It is extremely difficult to get a phone call returned by anyone other than the salesperson, Robert. The installers (contractors, not the other company employees) that did the work seemed competent. However, they did not want to get up on ladders to reach the second story, thus the outside caulking was sloppy since they did it while hanging out the window. Also, they were not familiar with casement windows, necessitating a very long delay and many phone calls to get another installer out to take a look at them.
