Carlos and Juan showed up on time for both the estimate and the work and did a great job installing vents in our garage roof. The work was done quickly, correctly and our garage is now much cooler. Highly recommended!

Some residual moss left on the roof. This is my first moss removal hire, so perhaps I expected more. After the application of the zinc power I did notice some of the leftover moss start to die in a few days. When you consider how much stuff was up there I thought that Juan did a very good job.

Highly knowledgeable and skilled team. Carlos and team arrived on time, did a great job removing the moss, cleaning the roof, and cleaning up the gutters. They put down drop cloths around the house to catch the debris and left the area surrounding the house clean and tidy. Very happy with the results and will definitely hire again for any roofing needs.

Carlos came by within hours on a Friday, after I posted my request on Home Advisors with a very reasonable estimate. After I received a couple more estimates; I immediately called and scheduled an appointment for that following Monday. Carlos arrived and inspected the roof, showed me pictures of the condition of the roof and recommended the repairs needed. He was professional and very courteous. He gave me a very fair and reasonable price for the additional repairs that needed to be completed. He cleaned up afterward and took pictures of the roof and gutters after he had cleaned and repaired. I was more than satisfied with the quality of his work.

They did a great job, fast cleaning the roof and cleaning up after themselves. I liked the price and they were very personable. I would hire them again.
