We previously had this company do roof cleaning for us which was very thorough. The pressure washing quote was received quickly and was reasonable. The work was done very well in difficult rainy conditions and we are very happy with the results. Communication was effective and I would highly recommend this company.

Amazing. Owner, Anselmo, was out next business day to give me a quote and look at the house. In three days, Pedro was scheduled to come out. He was prompt and very professional. Pedro did a stellar job.. I didn't think my house had that much roof moss or grimey siding... but Pedro made my house look like new! Thanks Anselmo and Pedro!!

They came much later than scheduled due to morning rain. They did not use high pressure air as advertised but instead used leaf blowers. Clean up left debris on deck handrails and nooks at front door stairs. Debris was blown into the surrounding wooded areas. The roof and gutters are now clear of loose debris.

My 1200 sq ft house + attached garage is more than half way surrounded by trees, most of which are pine trees with their many needles. I had previously been keeping up with cleaning off my own roof several times a year, but had lapsed about 5 years ago, and it had gotten way too bad for me to tackle on my own. Everything from initial contact until the job was complete and paid went amazingly smooth. My request for an estimate was almost immediately responded to and setup. The estimate was delivered both over the phone and email. I had one question several days later, which was quickly answered over the phone. Once I had decided to go with Pro Cleaning Seattle, it was scheduled for less than a week out, and I received a detailed confirmation email and text. On the day of, I received a text informing me he was on his way, and even arrived slightly early. He cleaned the roof of all debris and moss, added moss treatment, and cleaned out the gutters. It looks absolutely fantastic. Once completed, I was emailed an invoice and could simply pay online, which was very much appreciated given current world-wide circumstances! I won't hesitate to contact this company if I need similar services again in the future.

This was a big job...a large property and lots of moss everywhere. Pro Cleaning did a thorough and amazing job! Priced fairly, showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up completely. Would definitely hire them again!
