PIONEER BUILDERS SUPPLY INC

Didn't deliver as promised so my partner and I had to deliver and manually lift material onto the roof ourselves. Apparently we aren't the only customers with this experience as others in store complained about the same delivery issues. Upon returning some purchases, the (seemingly fraudulent leaning) desk staff had to be told every item to return, performing this on each item individually even though it was already written down; I had to call the manager myself to figure this out for them. This place is heads and shoulders above any other for the worst overall customer experience I've ever had. If they simply delivered on time none of this would have happened. The only competent, pleasant staff member was the warehouse forklift driver; he handled customers better than any of the desk staff. I highly suggest talking your business elsewhere.
