Pete was great. Explained how he worked, how he'd do the job, was very professional.

The price was comparable to other quotes and the service provider was organized, punctual, and professional. I selected him from Angie's list based on his ratings, his nearby location, and his use of non-toxic cleaners. The carpets that we needed cleaned were 1 year old and in almost unused condition (because they are in a part of the house that we don't go into very often). The sole reason I was having them cleaned was to maintain the Stainmaster warranty which requires annual steam cleaning by a professional. The reason I rated the quality and service overall as a B is because the provider did not use any type of protective bumpers around corners and, as a result, his hose broke off a piece of our baseboard which we will need to have replaced.

Carpet looked almost new. Just as Pete was about to leave my husband ran out to help and accidentally tracked dog poop into the house. Pete pulled everything out and cleaned up the new mess complimentary. Very professional!

Pete is the best! Our carpets have never looked so good. We have been through quite a few cleaners and his professionalism, quality work, and responsiveness to our questions was fabulous.

Pete did a FANTASTIC job!!!! Very thorough cleaning that left the carpets far drier when he was done than the "other" guys with the yellow truck. First rate equipment that really does an excellent job of cleaning carpets. Very professional. Even our very protective dog (who is the world's best judge of character) didn't bark at him..... That's a first!!!! He was a few minutes late, but he kept us informed of the delay and the new arrival time, so not a problem. We will definitely be calling Pete again!!!!

Pete was punctual (texted to say on his way & ETA), very personable & explained his process. One reason I chose him was he uses environmentally friendly products. He did a great job & left me with a bottle of his spot remover with an explanation of how to use it. All the coffee stains are gone.

Wonderful, I was moving out and getting ready to sell my house. Pete worked hard to fit me into his schedule. Did a great job on a stain so I did not need to replace the carpet in one of the rooms!

Pete was great, when I called he picked up quickly and we scheduled a time that worked for me. He kept me apprised of his schedule during the day, since some jobs he wasn't sure how long they'd take, due to level of cleaning, size of the other houses, etc. He gave me a call about 1 hour out, which was perfect and he showed up right around the time he estimated (he was coming from roughly 30 min away). We walked through all the carpet, he pointed out condition and things he noticed, and during his cleaning he also pointed out some areas that were treated harshly previously (bleach based cleaner) and Pete also gave me a bottle of spot cleaning solution I should use. Excellent service, Pete is very friendly and definitely took his time to get everything done right. I highly recommend him. ps. he gives a discount if he doesn't have to move furniture, so take care of that before he gets there if you can :)

on time, thorough, gave free spot cleaner, offered to do more for next to no added expense, and was able to remove stains other companies could not in past two years!

He did an excellent job; pretreated carpet, explained what stains were and how to treat them in the future; uses environmentally friendly products; works very hard and educates you about the process. I would definitely use him again. His pricing is very fair and I was able to modify what I wanted him to do. Very professional.

Pete did a superb job for a very reasonable price. He was able to remove some old stains that previous service providers could not remove. He moved furniture and even cleaned some area rugs. I appreciate his use of environmentally friendly products, and it was great not to have the house smell of cleaning solvent afterwards. I would definitely use his company again in the future.

Pete did a nice job. Stains were removed from the carpet that I didn't think would come out, the job took about 90 mins, the house did not smell afterwards, and with a few fans going and the windows cracked, the carpet was essentially dry in about 3 hours on a rainy day.
