USI / MasterDecks did a great job in building deck stairs from the first floor deck to a second floor deck. The project manager (Ryan) was great at communicating the project timelines and steps. They did a great job proposing a design that worked and the carpentry on the stairs were high quality and very stable.

Good quality work - they are professsionally operated and my new deck was completed on time. Highly recommend this company.

Overall it was a great experience. Ryan the projects manager was very courteous and flexible and bent over backwards to accelerate completion over two weekend days and one weekday. deck builders Josh and Jaime were great to work with and they did a fabulous job with the deck workmanship and quality. Only reason for the 4.5 out of 5 is because there was a 2 week silent period between hiring and being contacted by the project manager. Other than that, they are a great company to deal with.

Very friendly, experienced and timely. They are almost done and it should occur this weekend.

Everyone I dealt with - from sales, project manager, crew, & office -- was exceedingly professional and nice. The deck construction began & ended exactly when they said it would. The deck is beautiful, and they did a great job cleaning up the work site too. Their pricing was also better than other contractors I met with. I definitely recommend them.

I WORKED WITH ROBERT GRAVES. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL . THE PROJECT WAS DELAYED ABOUT A WEEK, MOSTLY DUE TO WEATHER. HIS CHIEF WORKER, PONCHO WAS VERY SKILLFUL. US HAD THE BEST PRICE AND GAVE ME GOOD ADVICE TO GET HIDDEN FASTENERS AND A BOARDER WHICH IMPROVED THE FINAL APPEARANCE . HE ADDED A BIT MORE BOARDER THAN THE CONTRACT REQUIRED, WHICH ADDED TO THE LOOKS. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE FINAL WESULT.

We were looking to replace a 25 year old wood deck with a new composite deck and also have dry space underneath for storage of firewood. USI Decks provided exactly what we wanted. Robert and Clayton were both very personable young men and we found them to be very accommodating and easy to talk with. The two gentlemen who did the majority of the work, Ivan and Rubin, were both professional and patient with our questions.

Robert was very up front with information for making decisions on materials etc. He made a fair proposal and followed through with a quality job.
