Huge overcharges, and the unit was never properly fixed. I paid $1000+ for a repair, and when it still wasn't working right, asked for a follow-up. The tech stayed for less than 5 minutes. Still not fixed. And then I got a bill for nearly $500 more. After far too much backing-and-forthing to get them to either finish the work or refund the charges, we never heard from them again. It's a shame because we were loyal customers and paid them a lot over the years. We later found a local service that quickly and effectively repaired the issue.

This company requires that you give them your credit card information before they do anything...I should have taken this as a warning that I was about to be ripped off!!! Lesson learned.

The service guy was polite and talkative...needed to return to his van 7 times because he needed another tool...did not have the part he needed in his van, so he would have to return at a later time to finish.

Returned with part and installed it. Wanted to do more service work but I chose not to have him do it because he wanted way too much money. My final bill was over $900 for simply replacing a starter relay...Over $900...are you kidding me...

Overcharged for the part, overcharged for his time, and basically ripped me off. Call his boss and he offered to give me back $200 but tried to justify his ridiculous fees...there's no justification for charging this amount of money for a simple parts replacement...all I can hope for is this review will save someone from being ripped off...royally.
