These guys are freaking awesome!!! Glenn and Derrick were extremely quick to respond to my emergency, completed the repair promptly and were on their way.

In doing my research for this type of service, I was continually referred back to this agency by others because of their expertise in Water Filtration. The owners came to my home twice and did two different water samples and then Glenn, the owner, and his son Derrick were nice enough to sit down and explain the need for each piece of the system they recommended. The install went smooth and without any hassle. They have been extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. Derrick also explained what I needed to do to maintain the system. Professional, courteous and conscientious is how I'd describe Northwest Water Treatment Inc. I would surely recommend them to any of my friends and family.

The folks at Northwest Water Treatment, Inc. were a pleasure to work with. Glen and his son were very pleasant, knowledgeable and prompt. They took care of my installation in a very efficient, professional manner and I am quite happy with my new installation. I would recommend them to anyone needing water softener installation.

Before giving me a quote Glenn came out to my house to test my water. He spent plenty of time, did several tests, and answered a lot of questions. He was very responsive to follow-up email questions I sent him as well. When I decided to go through with the filter system Glenn suggested he and his son came out to do the work. They arrived promptly at 9 and spent some time working with me to decide the best place to install the system. The install looks clean and professional. Glenn's son (sorry, I forgot his name) answered a bunch of my questions patiently and thoroughly, and demonstrated how the system works and what I need to do to keep it working. I really don't know how the price compares. It seemed fair considering the amount of equipment and amount of work involved. Overall I was extremely pleased with the quality of the service. I do a lot of DIY work, mostly because I've gotten tired of bad experiences with contractors. That wasn't the case at all here and I would definitely recommend them to a friend or use them again.

He did great work. He was punctual and very professional, and everything works well.

Owner’s son did the work. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and charming. The price may seem high for a new softener, but this new softener saves on the cost of salt, it determines how often it needs to purge and measures how much water needs to be treated. Within a year I will have saved the difference in price from a typical softener and this one.
I would recommend this company for any plumbing work they offer.
The reason I used this company is: they replaced my parents’ softener ( a year ago) and they were very pleased. Otherwise, they already came with high recommendations.
Small company, father and son, good values and work ethics!!
The tech (owner’s son) cleaned up the area after removing my old softener and allowed me time to paint the wall behind, where the new tank was placed.
