I had Northwest Closets and Wallbeds create custom storage for my children's playroom. They were exceptional from start to finish. They contacted me quickly, and Garrett was extremely helpful during the initial appointment to figure out what would best meet our needs. The plans that were emailed were very detailed and easy to read and I felt the pricing was very reasonable. I was able to to pay my deposit simply through their website and the project and installion were quickly scheduled. The day of installation went very smoothly. The gentlemen who installed our storage cabinetry were very friendly, and made sure the work was completed to our satisfaction and that all our questions and concerns were answered. I could not be happier with the exceptional quality of the cabinets, its installation, and the customer service throughout the process. We will definitely be using them for our future projects.
