Very happy with the installation. Two installers showed up on time and were done in under 2 hours. We will definitely use them again to replace other windows that are also fogging after 35+ years! We thought about full window replacements but glass replacement was much more affordable.

Work was completed 2 days prior to scheduled date.  Screen door fit and operates perfectly.

Niemen Glass did a marvelous job. They were able to help me within a few days. They called before coming to my home, showed up when they said they would, and were very courteous while here. They were able to get a very large mirrored closet door (nearly 9 feet by 4 feet) from the third story for repair without damaging walls or anything else during transport. The office manager was very responsive. They had my mirror custom-fitted with a new mirror in two business days...amazing! Of course, I would have loved the price to be lower but in talking with relatives in the construction industry they said the price was very fair and reasonable, especially for our area. The office manager called me before beginning work with an accurate estimate so I could decide if I wanted to proceed. I highly recommend Niemen Glass.

They were great. They tried to put it in and even though they took out two pieces, they weren't able to do that so they had to go back to the store and get them to cut the piece. It took a little longer but they did a good job. The price was good. The quality was good. We tried to get some estimates and everybody seemed to be too busy. He ended up right here and he had a picture of the house and the measurements so he just ordered it and had them set up the time to come out and fix it. They would rather just order it than have to do an estimate.

Cut glass here was a bargain compared to hardware stores.

They came out six weeks ago. We had no problems at all. They came in and did the work and left if clean.

Everything was on schedule. The actual installation was handled very professionally with minimal disruption to the affected area. When the installation was complete, the window was washed to perfection and the area both inside and outside were thoroughly cleaned.

We had no problems. They replaced the glass and everything was fine.

I previously had a good experience obtaining some tempered glass shelves from Niemen Glass. When the exterior pane of an old thermopane picture windows cracked I didn't hesitate to call them for an estimate. The measurement appointment was scheduled within three days. They provided bids for a full replacement window or just the thermopane insert. It was slightly less expensive for the full window. It took two weeks for the special-order, tempered glass window to arrive. Niemen called with a promised installation time frame of 11 to 1. The installers arrived about 11:30, put down drop cloths to protect the floors and deck, and went to work. They removed the exterior window stops and thermopane glass, then installed the new window. Since they didn't disturb the interior stops, once the window was in I could reinstall my window shade without modifications. The installers cleaned up the work site thoroughly and removed all the old materials. It took about 1.5 hours for the installation and it was done without a glitch.

The workmen did an excellent job replacing the skylight and windows and took extra care not to damage anything. They also cleaned up the work areas.

I spent $900 on that work. They sent the guy out to measure and he measured wrong and then the glass panels and another guy came to install them. He pointed out that the measurements were wrong and it was all like a quarter or half an inch and I was really grateful that this workman pointed out that they were the wrong size. I the guy that came out and did measurements was installing them and he might have covered it up his mistake by putting the panels on. He took the panels back and he ordered a new size, but I would say it was a very drawn out thing to replace the panels and I wasn’t very pleased with the fact that it were mismeasured originally. If I could give that one guy a high rating I would, but overall it wasn’t very good.

I spent about $75 on them. I dropped the screens with them. I picked them up once they replaced the screenings. They told me how much it would cost me and they stuck to the estimate. They provided me with the screens on time. The price was reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

I was exceedingly pleased. The gentleman that looked at the problem was very pleasant, efficient and even removed his shoes before coming into my home. He took measurements and gave me an estimate and we agreed to do the work. They had to order the window. They came out and did the installation. The work was done efficiently and they are very pleasant people. The office staff was very helpful.

They were fast the people who did it were very professional. We were very happy with the job they did with the installation, they did great and I would definitely recommend them.

Two other companies declined the job because they could not guarantee results, though I offered to waive the guarantee. Pieces were done as agreed and suggestions given on attachment.

They were very helpful and understanding, took their time explaining and waiting for us to make up our mind, then they gave us plenty of literature to take home and install skylight.

NIEMAN GLASS WORKED WITH ME TO INSURE THAT WHAT I BOUGHT WAS ACTUALLY WHAT I WANTED, NOT JUST WHAT I THOUGHT I WANTED. ON THE CABINET GLASS THEY SAVED ME FROM A COSTLY MISTAKE THAT MIGHT HAVE RESULTED IN MY BEING UNHAPPY WITH THE FINISHED PIECE.

NIEMAN'S DELIVERED MY NEW DOOR AND INSTALLED IT. THEY HAULED AWAY THE OLD ONE AND CLEANED IT ALL UP. THE SLIDING DOOR LOOKS SO GOOD THAT WE ARE PLANNING ON HAVING ALL THE WINDOWS REPLACED NOW. SUPER WORK.

THE ESTIMATOR WAS VERY HELPFUL AND TOOK HIS TIME EXPLAINING ALL THE DETAILS OF THE JOB TO BE DONE. HE ANSWERED VERY THOROUGHLY EVERY QUESTION I HAD. THE WORK WAS DONE WELL AND THEY CAME ON TIME WITH THE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED. I WILL CERTAINLY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN WHEN I HAVE FUTURE WINDOW NEEDS.

NIEMEN GLASS WAS ONE OF A FEW GLASS COMPANYS THAT COULD DO WHAT I WANTED DONE, IN A TIMELY FASHION. NIEMEN WAS QUICK WITH THE TURN AROUND ON THE WINDOW AND THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AS FAR AS TO ASK AND MAKE SURE WHICH WAY I WANTED MY HANDLE AND WHICH SIDE OF THE GLASS I WANTED IN AND OUT. THEY PAID GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL I GUESS. THEY DID A NICE JOB AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ALSO HAVE MANY LOCATIONS IN THE AREA.

NEIMEN GLASS, THEY WERE ALL VERY NICE TO WORK WITH, THEY WERE A GREAT GROUP. WHEN I CALLED AND EXPLAINED WHAT HAD HAPPENED THEY WERE VERY QUICK AND RESPONSIVE TO THE URGENCY OF MY WINDOW. IT WAS OVERALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

I ORDERED THIS GLASS OVER THE PHONE. NOT REALLY SURE WHAT I NEEDED, THE SALES ASSOCIATE CLEARLY DESCRIBED TO ME THE DIFFERENCES IN EDGE FINISH, TEMPERED VS NOT TEMPERED AND THE PRICING. WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP, ABOUT A WEEK LATER, IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! IT WAS DELIGHTFUL TO DEAL WITH SUCH A CUSTOMER FOCUSED BUSINESS.

THE NIEMEN TEAM WAS TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL. THE TYPE OF MIRROR INSTALLATION IS DIFFICULT, BUT THEY MEASURED AND FABRICATED THE MIRROR PERFECTLY. THE INSTALLATION OF THE MIRRORS AND REPLACEMENT WINDOWS WAS QUICK AND CLEAN.
