The market has been in the dumps for high end housing for the last 3 years. Dave and his agents have been doing everything the can to find marketing stratagies to get people to look at the properties . I have had a lot of agents that would say i will do this and that , but after they got the listing they fell asleep at the will and my properties did not move. Once we changed firms , the leadership of Dave and his agents in todays market skills are excellent.
