Contacted Ed from a referral from my dad. Bill showed up at 6pm to take all the measurements for the furnace so all the ducting could be prebuilt to save time at my house. Two days later they came out and ripped out my old furnace and replaced it with a 95% efficient furnace. works great and the did an excellent job on the install. During the initial estimate Bill explained the different furnaces available and we had it narrowed down to either the 80% efficient or the 95%. after explaining that the 95% is eligable for the tax rebate, I was able to spend $400.00 more now on the 95% furnace and should get back $450.00 come tax time. All in all, this was a great experience with Modern Heating and will be referring them to anyone that needs a furnace or air conditioner installed.
