+ -1 moreWe pay them on a yearly basis. I would say that we have been satisfied with their services, even though we haven't had any emergencies yet to test their response time. They have done a good job so far and we will continue with them.
Description of Work: They did the regular monitoring of our alarm system and called us when the battery would need to be replaced. I can't remember how much we pay them for their services.
