MCLENDON HARDWARE

I went to the hardware department, Rachael was attending to another customer, on the phone getting some info for a customer
who was waiting at the counter. Another worker (Rob) asked me how he could be of assistence. I explained the problem and after a couple of minutes looking at the lock set, Rachael who was still on the phone, gestured Rob to let her look at it.
Rachael (Still on the phone) looked at it and then opened a drawer and took out a reset tool and started to fix it. She finished
getting the info the other customer was waiting for and then told me that the lock set some times needed  a reset saying that
some "Smart Locks" aren't so smart:-)
To make a long story short, Rachael was able to fix the problem and when I asked how much I owed she saind "Nothing"!
.....Coool! I have delt with her from time to time before, but she out did herself once again....GREAT SERVICE, Thanks Rachael!

WE HAD A WONDERFUL YOUNG MAN HELP US LOOK FOR A CLEAR PIECE OF WOOD. HE WAS UP ABOUT 25 FEET WITH A FORKLIFT AND WOULD BRING DOWN A PIECE AT A TIME FOR US TO LOOK AT. WE MUST OF LOOKED AT 20 BOARDS BEFORE FINDING THE PERFECT ONE WITHOUT ANY KNOTS. HE NEVER COMPLAINED AND WAS SO VERY HELPFUL. HE ALSO FOUND SOMEONE TO HELP US FIND SPECIAL STAKES FOR THE EDGING.

THE PERSON IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT, WAS KNOWLEDGABLE. SHE UNDERSTOOD OUR CONCERNS AND GAVE US GREAT ADVICE INCLUDING LETTING US KNOW THAT ONE OF THE PRODUCTS THAT WE WERE CONSIDERING FOR PURCHASE WAS UNNECESSARY.
