Excellent, thry were fast, prompt, and went as fast as possible to get the job done and maintain the quality of our belongings!

The Thursday evening before our scheduled move, our apartment complex in Kirkland informed us that we wouldn't be able to use the parking lot the next Monday due to resealing. 
We called Master Movers and explained the situation. They were booked up through the end of the month, so we couldn't reschedule, but we all agreed to just start as early as possible Monday morning and hope for the best.
Kim and his crew showed up that morning personable, friendly and ready to roll. They hustled to get all our things out of that apartment and into the truck. I don't think I've ever seen people move that fast!
Luckily, the resealers were late, and we were able to get every chair, book and box into the truck and peel out of there without too much grief from the apartment managers. The crew took good care of us on the other end, too, making sure they were putting things in the correct locations in our new house and that we were happy with everything before they left.
And other than one small scratch on the footboard of our bed, everything came through perfectly. They really went the extra mile for us.
Overall, Master Movers was fabulous, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone!

They were quick to answer the phone and able to do the job a few hours later.   Prompt, efficient, polite.  The destination involved   6 steps outside and 16 inside.   Furniture was wrapped well, including a glass top on the credenza.

Mr. Kim Bute (pronounced like first syllable of beautiful) and his staff are wonderful.  I've had the pleasure of the benefit of their service twice.  The first time was when they moved furniture into my mother's apartment. My mother has dementia and they were extremely patient and thoughtful when dealing with her.  They put items where she wanted them instead of merely dropping them off and getting out.  They also took up the slack when the driver of the truck that delivered mother's furniture decided he had no obligation to stay until the truck was empty.  I really appreciated that he provided the service before he received payment I sent from Texas.*  
I was lucky enough to reach Kim and Bill when I moved from Texas to Seattle a few months later.  They met me at my storage unit to unload items from the transportation pod to a storage unit.  They were EXTREMELY responsible in that they waited ALL day (without charge for the down time) to move my items because they knew before I did that the storage facility was adjacent to the stadiums where the Seahawks and Mariners play.  Not only would the pod been subject to theft, it probably would have been removed by the city if I'd left it overnight.  These men went above and beyond what anyone else would have done.  My only regret is that I did not consult them about how to pack my items for the move or which storage facility to use.  
FYI--I am an attorney and, well, some would say I'm a perfectionist. Those people would be wrong.  But, I will say that I am rarely so impressed with the price, quality of work and demeanor of service providers.  I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.  I don't mind answering specifics about my experience if you'd like to contact me through this site.

Kim and Bill arrived on time and moved a small load of household goods, an appliance and furniture. They were efficient and took care to with all the items.. They put runners on our white carpet to protect against stains, removed and replaced doors where necessary, removed the legs from a sofa and love seat and replaced them as good as new,. A large side by side refrigerator had to be moved through a sliding galss door and they were carefull not to damage the door frame. Once outside it was necessary to cross the lawn and the movers came prepared with plywood runners to do so without damaging the grass or the appliance and of course making their job easier. Kim and Bill worked efficiently and quickly and had everything loaded in short order. They unloaded and placed the items where we asked even more quickly.  I am very pleased with their service and will call them again when I need a local move.

They were prompt. They brought 3 people out. They quoted me the hourly rate before hand and after the job was done we settled up and I would definitely use them again and plan on it for my other storage unit.

Master Movers did a GREAT job, no complaints, and highly recommend.
Master Movers returned our initial call in a reasonable amount of time.  Gave us a quote from driving from/to their business (mileage time is charged by all Movers; they drove 10 miles/ 30 mins) to pickup and deliver 4 rooms of furniture and setup (we checked 4 other local companies as well, but liked how they treated us on the phone better and their flexibility with working with our schedule).  Two Adult Males arrived on time and moved/delivered 4 Rooms of Furniture and setup within 4 hours (including 30 minutes travel time).  They worked effectively and efficiently.  Nothing was damaged and we were very pleased with how smooth it went.  They were very respectful to my elderly parents.  Charges were as initially quoted with no surprises.

The experience was excellent from start to finish! Kim and his team took great care of my things, offered to rearrange furniture if I didn't like where I had originally had them place it, and overall provided an excellent experience. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend them!

The owner, Kim Burty returned the phone call for an estimate almost immediately.  Kim and his helper showed up on the agreed upon date and time and completed the move in less time than estimated.  Like the energizer bunny, they never stopped moving!   They were pleasant, quick, efficient, and very easy to deal with.  They ended up charging less than the estimate.  If another similar type move is needed, MASTER MOVERS would be the only ones to call.

It was great.  I have used Master Movers so many times that they are almost like family.  The workers are responsible, efficient, and always ensure that belongings are properly protected during the move.

The move went great.  This is the third move we have used them for.  They are extremely good.  We keep going back to them because they are very good.  We trusted them because we had a personal connection.  The guy is a relative of a woman I used to work with and she recommended him and said he was really good.  We tried him and he was good.  He was very very careful with our stuff.  We knew we weren't going to be faced with any of those horror stories of people who trust all their belongings to a company that then holds them up to a ransom.  They may seem pricier than other options.  I didn't even research that too much in depth for price.  It just seemed like we got what we paid for.  They did a good job with no damage to any of our furniture.  They would do as much or as little as we asked them to do.  They would have completely set the beds up and everything.  We didn't have them do that, but they would have.  I know that they had an extra guy helping to move and he didn't charge me for that extra person.  I would use them in the future again if I had the need, but I am not planning to move again ever.

This moving company was great! They moved our mother into a assisted living facility in a single day. Huge antiques were moved and a large grandfather clock. There was not a single bit of damage. They were very plesent to work with and we would definitely use them again.  The move started at 8:30 AM and was completed by 3:00 PM.  The job was completed with the assistance of another company "Just Like Daughters" that specializes on moving seniors. At around 3:30PM everything was set up just like my mother had been living there already. I am not too sure the exact cost because it was paid by the new assisted living facility.  I did get a quote of about $1,000 to $1,300 for the move.

They had dealt with this facility many times before, and that made things infinitely easier. The crew (2 people) were very respectful and patient with my Mom (early Alzheimer's) and did a fantastic and quick job. They also helped me move a couple of smaller items to my car. When moving to a facility, make sure the movers have such experience. It is worth every penny!
